Spicy BBQ Glaze with Cannabis

Sweet and spicy with a hint of cannabis-infused sesame oil, this versatile glaze is sure to become a classic in your cannabis cooking repertoire. Smother it on pork ribs, chicken wings, shrimp or any other grilled proteins that need a dose of cannabis-infused flavour.

½ cup gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)

2 tbsp cannabis-infused honey

2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar

1 tbsp cannabis-infused sesame oil

Kosher salt, to taste


Whisk gochujang, cannabis-infused honey, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil in a small bowl until smooth; season with salt.

**Pro tip from Chef Ronnie: after you glaze your protein, drizzle some extra canna-honey on top.
