Ingredients

1 cup natural peanut or almond butter

1 cup Medjool dates

1 tbsp water

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp salt

1/2 cup cannabis coconut oil

3/4 cup brown rice crisp cereal, broken into small pieces

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate

Method

Add nut butter, dates, water, vanilla, salt, and infused coconut oil to a food processor. Blend ingredients on high until a thick paste has formed.

In a separate bowl, stir hemp seeds and rice crisps into the nut paste.

Melt dark chocolate using a double boiler. Mix frequently to ensure chocolate does not clump or burn.

Roll hemp balls into the melted chocolate, place on a tray and freeze for 45 minutes.
